These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HusugX carpooling platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use HusugX. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and ride listings • Treat other members with respect and courtesy • Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Not post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content • Arrive on time for scheduled rides • Maintain a safe and clean vehicle if you are a driver
Drivers set their own prices and routes. HusugX acts as a platform connecting drivers and passengers — we are not a transportation provider. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy and properly insured. Passengers are responsible for being at the meeting point on time.
HusugX is not liable for any disputes, damages, injuries, or losses arising from rides arranged through the platform. We provide the platform "as is" and make no guarantees regarding the behavior or reliability of other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated negative reports from other members. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
